The service
We collect your goods from your door, store them at our warehouse and return them when you ask. Our drivers collect from and deliver to the doorstep or ground-floor entrance only and do not enter your home. Removals are covered by separate terms.
(3)
Your booking
Your contract starts when we confirm your booking by email. Your minimum term is the term you chose at booking.
(4)
Prices and payment
Storage is charged monthly in advance by card. Collection, delivery and packaging are charged as shown at booking. If a payment fails we will tell you; if it is still unpaid after 14 days we may add a late fee of 10% and suspend returns until it is paid.
(5)
Your right to cancel
You can cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund. If you ask us to collect within those 14 days, we may charge for the service provided up to the point you cancel.
(6)
What you can't store
You must not store, or ask us to collect, any of the following:
We may refuse to collect, or return to you at your cost, any items that break this rule, and you are responsible for any damage or cost they cause.
(7)
Packing
You are responsible for packing goods you pack yourself so they survive normal handling.
(8)
Returns and access
Ask for your goods back through your customer portal or by email at least 3 working days in advance. Return delivery is charged as shown at booking.
(9)
Our liability
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the protection level you chose (see Protecting your belongings). Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
(10)
Ending your contract
After your minimum term, either of us can end the contract with 14 days' notice. Storage is paid monthly in advance, so each month you have started is charged in full, including the month in which your goods are returned. We do not refund part months, unless we agree to at our discretion. If your goods are still with us after a paid month ends, the next month is charged.
(11)
Unpaid charges and uncollected goods
We have a lien over your goods for unpaid charges and may keep them until those charges are paid. If charges remain unpaid for 30 days, or you do not collect your goods when the contract ends, we will write to you as required by the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977 giving you notice. If you still do not pay or collect, we may sell or dispose of the goods, deduct what you owe and our costs, and account to you for any balance.
(12)
Your information
We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
